Choosing Life and Operating Happiness
My love is like an ice shelf
Overheating in the warm sun.
Conditions it cannot control
Weaken it to the point
It cracks from the inside out.
As my first piece breaks
There is a tremendous sound,
Everything falls down,
And drowns
In a dark, blue ocean
Overheating in the warm sun.
Nothing is the same,
And I am not the blame.
There is no going back
And my being is now in lack.
A piece of my love
Is void and null.
And now I have to live
As a new whole,
Containing
Less love.
