Life Around The Corner

Choosing Life and Operating Happiness

A Shift

Today I’m feeling much better
As I’m sitting outside in my sweater.

Fingers freezing as I type on my phone
In the past day, I feel that I’ve grown.

Sunny morning, outside and within
I’m excited my day is about to begin.

It’s okay to be sad and it’s fun being happy
Honestly, I don’t like to feel crappy.

I always aim for positivity, love and elation
Through perseverance and dedication.

It’s an art to embrace and let go at once
Things change as quick as a glance.
